Caution – The below steps if done incorrectly can corrupt the firmware on your LED. In the instance of corrupted firmware the LED Warranty will be null and void. It is always advised to contact us to schedule and assist with any Firmware upgrades! #
In the event of a newer release where you do not have an internet connection for an automatic update of a possible feature / bug fix, please follow the steps below to upgrade the firmware:

Guide :
- Please download the firmware and unzip the file，there will be one .img file.
- Copy the .img file to the root of a usb flash drive that is formatted in FAT32.
- Switch off the LED and insert the usb flash drive in the back of the LED panels USB Android port .
- Put the power switch on and long time press power key button on the front of the LED until the Android upgrading logo pops up. You can release the power button when you see the android logo.
- It will upgrade automatically.
If followed correctly the LED will go through the upgrade process and restart itself. This should take about 15 to 20 minutes.
