The LED have various sound ports and options when using different peripherals and devices below are some of the most common queries and solutions:
Q: When using a laptop or pc connected to the LED via HDMI the sound remains on the laptop and not on the LED built in speakers?
A: On the devices connected PC or laptop you need to ensure that the correct audio source has been selected and this can be done following the below:
1. At the bottom right corner of your Windows machine there is an icon resembling a speaker.
2. Left click on this icon and the volume control will appear directly above it.
3. There will be an arrow pointing up next to the name of the audio device selected. Click on this and a list of audio devices will appear.
4. Select the source stating AAA screen(might be different depending on the model).
5. Using the buttons located on the LED or the remote, ensure that the volume is turned up on the LED.
