TWB-A6519,TWB-A7519 and TWB-A8619 Interactive LED sound bar only playing sound on OPS source and not other sources.

< 1 min read

When using an OPS pc to make your LED a standalone device there are options to connect a sound bar directly to the OPS pc. But this will not allow sound from other sources to be played through the sound bar. The below step will allow any source of the LED to make use of the connected sound bar

Q: Using an Aux or Jack cable from my sound bar to the OPS pc only allows sound from the OPS pc and none of the other sources of the LED?

A: On the side of the LED (or bottom depending on the model of LED) there is an “Audio out” jack port. When plugging the sound bar into this port, any of the HDMI, PC’s or Laptop will make use of the sound bar as the audio output.
Please note that you need to ensure that the volume of the LED is also on a nominal level as this controls the volume of the sound bar.
