Possible solutions to check:
- Check if the transmitter is muted. When it is muted , the transmitter display shows “Mute” and then press the power button to unmute
- Check if the transmitter microphone plug receiver output plug is securely inserted into the socket and locked
- Check the volume settings, Out line input should usually be set t “0-4” dB levels.
