With windows 11 removing some of the native calibration tools, we are experiencing a high volume of users that cannot calibrate their Parrot Interactive HV boards. Below is a link to download our calibration tool and a short how to guide to calibrate and make use of your Parrot Interactive HV Board:
Link: https://www.parrot.co.za/product-drivers

Upon downloading the driver from the above link you can extract it and place it on your desktop. The name and Icon should look like the below:

Once you double click on the driver you might encounter a Windows warning. Follow the steps below to continue to the driver. The warning is Windows seeing this as a non Microsoft product and just needs you to acknowledge that you are aware of this.
Double click on the driver and the following might pop up:
Click on “More Info” marked on the above image and then select “Run anyway” as per the below:
After the above process the driver will open as follows:
Click on Calibrate (Option 4):
The values below will auto populate and there is no need to modify them. Should they be changed it might result in an inaccurate calibration. The board connection will automatically pick up the dimensions and will reflect in the “Model and Version” as seen below.

Click on “4 Point Calibration” above:
- The screen will go all white with prompts on screen. Follow each of touch point and prompt on screen.
After all of the above has been followed correctly your board is now calibrated and you are ready to work. If the same pc / laptop is used on this board, should not need to do this every day, but only if the solution moves or changes.
Should you have any queries or problems, please do not hesitate to send a support request to isupport@parrot.co.za and one of our technicians will assist.
Thank you.
