When using an HDMI cable to relay a image source to either a projector or an Interactive LED, there could at times be distortion or color interference. Below are some suggestions of what to check to solve the problem.

Problem : Discoloration:
Solution : Check that the HDMI cable is plugged in properly at the source and destination.
Solution : Check that the HDMI “Boot or Head” is not bent or damaged. If it is damaged a new HDMI cable would be required
Solution : Ensure no bad bends in the HDMI cable. For example the HDMI cable is physically folded flat and around.
Solution : Ensure the cable is not broken / exposed anywhere.

Problem : Visual not displaying on screen or projector:
Solution : Ensure that you have not exceeded the maximum length of 20m on your HDMI cable. This includes joining via splitter or switches
Solution : Ensure that the cable is properly connected. If so, try a different device to ensure cable is not faulty.
Solution : Unsure that the device it is being plugged into is HDMI 1.4 compatible.
Solution : If you are using an adaptor, please check cable and adaptor on a different pc.

Problem : Image flickers / goes of and on constantly:
Solution : Check resolution of the pc and device compatibility
Solution : Check for faulty cable as per above steps
