TWB-A6519,TWB-A7519 and TWB-A8619 Interactive LED Screen casting not finding device.

1 min read

Q: When I am trying to connect to the screen using Mirror OP the application cannot seem to find the LED to cast to?

A: Ensure the following has been done before connecting.
1. Connect your led to you network via RJ45 network cable plugged in the “Lan In” port located on the back bottom of your screen.
2. On the home screen of your LED, go to setting and then network. Check here if there is an IP address under wired connection.
3. Once you see that there is an IP address you can go back to the screen mirroring section.
4. At the top of the screen there will now be an IP address that is not 192.168.10.100 / 127.0.0.1 (these are local IP addresses)
5. Now go to the device you are casting from and refresh the device list or make use of the IP address that is now on screen on the LED.

Please take note of the following:
1. Always ensure that the device you are casting from is on the same network as the LED
2. Always make sure that the LED is connected to a network if you are making use of this function
3. The screen casting function of the LED is very basic and entry level meant for pictures, documents, PowerPoint etc. to be cast without problems. When casting videos and audio or high resolution content there is a high possibility of lagging to occur.
