The above mentioned screens have the functionality to enable a child lock. This is for schools or if the screen is to be used as only a display. Sometimes by pressing the wrong combinations it can be activated and you will notice that there is a lock on your screen with no touch functionality. To disable this child lock is a simple step below:
Once you see the lock you can press and hold the third button to the right of the power button for 2 seconds. This button looks like a little page with lines on it. After two seconds and releasing the button the lock will disappear and your screen will have touch again.
