The VZ0002 Visualizer has the ability to connect to a PC / Laptop or directly to a source such as a projector or LED screen. For the direct connection you would need a keyboard or mouse that will be plugged into the visualizer.
If your VZ0002 keeps focusing in and out we need to change the settings on the visualizer by following the steps below:
- Connect the VZ0002 to a screen using the HDMI cable that comes in the box
- plug in a mouse or keyboard into the USB slot
- With the mouse or keyboard scroll to the far right on the bar at the bottom of the screen. this will be the settings tab
- Select Settings
- at the top of the menu bar that pops up on the right hand side of the screen, Change the focus option from automatic to Manual.
- Scroll all the way down and save these settings
Once the above has been done you can connect it back into your pc and or screen and the focus will remain stable.
If you are using the visualizer with the software that comes with it you can follow the steps below:
- In the software the first icon on the bottom menu is fucos and magnification.
- open this icon and there will be two sliders.
- The first slider is for focus with an auto tick next to it
- Remove the tick from Auto
- Now manually set the focus until you are satisfied with the image
- This only has to be set once as the software will remember your settings
On a side note, if you do follow the steps in the first section and forget to change the settings in the second part it will override the first section and your focus will continue to be auto focusing.
