When working with our keyboard and mouse combo you may ate times experience lag or non response. Below are cases that you might cause this experience.
- When you have connected your dongle to a USB hub:
- If the port you have plugged into does not supply enough power to the hub
- If you have multiple ports on the hub and you have added a device that requires more power, it will take power away from the dongle that will cause jitters and non responsiveness
- If you are out of range of the dongle. It should have the capability to go a distance between 10m and 15m line of sight
- Check your batteries. Flat or low batteries may have an impact on the response of your keyboard and mouse
